神(かむ)なびの 山下(やました)響(とよ)み 行く水に かはづ鳴くなり 秋(あき)と言はむとや

- Kamunabi no Yamashita toyomi Yuku mizu ni Kahazu naku nari Aki to ihamu toya.

意味 Meaning

神なびの山(神がいらっしゃる山)のふもとを響かせながら行く水にカエルが鳴いています。秋(あき)だと言おうとしているのでしょうか。

- rough meaning: Frog is croaking in the water that flows along the foot of Mount Kaminavi(the mountain where the deity reside). Perhaps the frog are trying to say, "Autumn is here."
