- Wotome-ra ga Kazashi no tame ni Miyabiwo no Kazura no tame to Shiki maseru Kuni no hatate ni Saki ni keru Sakura no hana no Nihohi hamo anani.

意味 Meaning

少女の髪かざりのためにと、風流な人の髪かざりためにと、天皇が治めていらっしゃる国のはてに咲いている桜の花の色のなんと美しいことでしょう。

・「にほひ」は色があざやかに映えることです。「はも」は強調や感動を表わし、「あなに」は「あぁ、ほんとうに」とか「あぁ、とっても」という意味です。

- How beautiful the colors of the cherry blossoms blooming at the edge of the land reigned by the Emperor are, for the hair ornaments of young girls, for the hair ornaments of refined people.
