秋の香(か) AkinoKa(Matsutake Mushroom)

万葉歌に詠まれている「秋の香(か)」は松茸(まつたけ)のことと考えられています。松茸(まつたけ)は、キシメジ科のキノコで、日本原産といわれています。日本では、古代から秋の香りをたのしめるキノコとして親しまれてきました。
